Current Behavior:
When creating a new customer, the retention application boxes appear active (checked) by default, regardless of the type of person (natural or legal).
Problem:
This configuration induces human error. If the user forgets to uncheck these boxes manually, the system applies undue withholding on billing, causing economic losses and accounting reprocessing.
Requested Solution:
Change the default setting to “disabled” (unchecked). It's safer for the user to intentionally activate holds when they apply, than to turn them off to avoid errors.
